The problem is Americans like to measure everything by how they do it. So if something doesn't follow the same path as theirs, there must be something wrong. This is a part of the American culture where they want everyone to do everything by how they do it. In the US if there's some new technology for fighters, they will wait until future variants to come along to add it. In China they will add it nearly immediately even in the middle of production when that technology becomes available. We've seen delays in production on Chinese hardware because they see something new will be available in the near future so production stops to wait for it. We've seen how new technology on the J-20 shows up and then it's added on to previously produced J-20s. What Americans call delays is being up to date in China. It saves a lot of money especially since advancement in technology in China is moving so fast. At best that kind of reporting is really for American audiences only to lull Americans into believing everything in the US is the best therefore don't change the system with their votes. At worst... they have the mentality of someone who abuses their wife or girlfriend taking away any self-esteem to make them think they can't do anything without them hence how the abuser can maintain being in control.
What do you want to say?
To admit Assassin, I find your anti-American post very insulting, and Deino, I have a difficult time finding anything in this post that an SDF moderator should like?? I'm going to be offline for a while, I'm rather disgusted by this whole mess!
Via strategy page. The important thing isn't strategypage, since we know it's a rather biased and low-reliability source, but rather that it claims to be sourcing Chinese state television. Anyone have a direct source on this?
I'm asking you to help track down the source. As I've said before, if the WS-15 did have an explosion in 2015, that's good news, because it implies that, #1, it was static testing in 2015, and #2, the accident occurred 3 years ago, not recently.
