The J-20s appear in the latest terraserver image of the area dated November 17th 2016. Looking at older images on the site, the extra portion of ramp space was built some time in July 2015.two J-20s at Dingxin! presumably taken fairly recently, which would correspond with previous rumours that up to three J-20s from CFTE might have taken part in Red Sword exercises

looking at photos of Dingxin from GE (2013 being the last update), it looks like the two J-20s areparked next to those three same buildings here:
The tarmac also seems to have been expanded there
The place is like American "Red Flag" base. Can anyone help me out if the units at Dingxin - or the base in general is now assigned to / subordinated under the CFTE or under the FTTC ??? Which would IMO make more sense.

CFTE belongs to AVIC, FTTB belongs to PLAAF
Dingxin is an Air Force facility. CFTE is based in Yanliang. Thanks for Your reply and sorry, if my question was misleading: My point is, the base Dingxin, who administrates this ? It is a PLAAF base and as such assigned to the FTTC similar to Cangzhou-Cangxian and as an exception, the CFTE uses this base too with an AEW-detachment? Or is it vice-versa ?
Sorry again for not asking a clear question,
Deino
