I wish I was there in person, as much to see the look on the faces of the thousands of ordinary people there who did not know the J20 was going to show up as to see the J20 live myself.

As much as I have enjoyed following the J20 development over the years, I think I would be willing to trade all of that away for the one perfect, amazing moment to be a kid again at an air show for the first time. To see everyone around me turn towards the same direction and just stop and stare. To hear the roar of engines and turn myself to see those two beastie beauties flash overhead...

Sometimes I feel we are 'spoiling the show' by knowing all the plot twists ahead of time. Even if any of us were lucky enough to be at Zhuhai in person, none of us would ever experience that truly wonderful feeling of just being totally blown away by the surprise of the appearance of the J20 at Zhuhai, as I think the PLAAF intended.

I think even Deino would have found it worth it to have been banned from the internet for a couple of months, if at the end of it, he was at Zhuhai himself totally unaware of the J20 rumours and found out that the J20 was going to be there when they were overhead flying at 300ft.

Hopefully, an airshow planner is reading this post and is in the process of contacting XAC to have their H-20 prototype do a surprise visit in a couple of years.

hold on 180/4=45 deg/sec, come on do not make me laugh, 180/5=36 deg/sec do not fantasize, 36 sustained impossible the very likely is is a max of 6-7 sec for 180, and to be honest there is no special show, the jet is doing regular turns, it is turning around 180 in around 12-15 sec
