It's a solid part and has no "windows" ...

It's most likely a supply issue. CAC are churning out J20s faster than the subcontractor could produce IRSTs lol.

We have to bear in mind that almost all of the key systems on the J20 are brand new and likely in prototype stage as well. As such their suppliers probably are only making small prototype/LRIP batches.
