Looks like a Raptor with the canards instead of the rear horizontal stabilizers.

I think this appeared before the J-20 was unveiled and was meant to be a guess of what China's then secret fighter will look like.

More like an F-22 with a canard configuration. China hardly has a monopoly on the delta canard configuration.

I believe the upward looking cant of the canard from the side view also contributed to the J-10 looking long and a bit weird.
