So VERY clearly the J-20's aerodynamics have been tweaked in ways that aren't insignificant at all...the loss of the LERXes in front of the canards and the intake slope both indicate that they've adjusted how they manage vortex generation (or maybe those tiny LERXes just didn't matter that much). I'm wondering whether this makes the J-20's vortices closer to the kind generated by the F-22 and/or increases their lift coefficient/lift drag ratio...but my gut ins hinting at me that the changes aren't so significant that we'll see instant condensation at high alpha any time soon.
