Quite a few aerodynamic changes there. Hopefully the flight testing don't take as much time as previously with the earlier prototype this time around.

You made my day ! THANKS.

Okay, two things I do notice, the nose gear door has lost its serrations , and angles forward at the bottom, and the vertical stab has clipped tips, but the trailing edge has been brought up to match the leading edge on the vert, it also matches the longitudinal line through the nose cone of the aircraft,,,, as to Quickie's concern about aerodynamic changes, these are more likely cosmetic in nature, although the revised intakes with reduced frontal area, may result in more forward fuselage lift, and allow higher turbine operating temps in order to increase efficiency and thrust???? IMHO it will fly very much the same as the initial prototypes, requiring only minor tweaking, (if any) of the FCS????

I must honestly admit, it is a lovely airplane and much cleaner looking than the first two aircraft, good show, and very nicely done, I love the intakes and the nose gear doors, I am very pleasantly surprised. Good job Chengdu, and how about some NICE- Air to Air pictures?? please???
