I think the finless one might be a dummy missile. You don't think they're PL-12s? They do look a little big, but it's hard to be sure about size?I would say there are only four for this new AAM (PL-15 ??) ... if You look closely in the middle of the left bay it seems as if there's the possibility to add another third pylon if the AAM is smaller (like the PL-12)

Oh, my. Did you hear something about cavity flow fields, aeroacoustic problems, etc, etc?
Always they start with carrying dummy or instrumental missile to understand how CFD predictions compare to real life, otherwize you can get you weapon bay doors flying away or live missile jumping inside the bay to make of you pretty fireball.
