Probably just for matching the new paint scheme on the body for 2015 PRC Victory Parade. If you look carefully "100" also the same color from last page.

Nope. Still white and black as they have been for decades. Two historic landings from late last year and an F/A-18 Super Hornet landing recently.

My guess, probably some testing involving high-speed cameras . For sensors, it is easier to discern between yellow/orange and black, then between white and black .
