ok so what are we saying now how many J15?
from from blogspot we have the following
Batch 1 and Batch 2 = 24 units
Batch 3 = 30-35 thats 6 units
and also 60-73 thats 14 units
Total Batch 3 = 20 units
Batch 4= 74-87 so thats 14 units
Total J15 = 58 or enough for CV-16 + CV17 24+ 24
for 003 they have 10 left so I would expect a batch 5?
or maybe a mix of 24 x J15 + 12 x J35 for 003

However No.84 is of 03 batch ?!
Overall I agree: But I expect Batch 4 also to be of the same size like Batch 3 with 20 aircraft.
So in Summary I would say we will have:
Batch 1 and Batch 2 = 24 units - two lost = 22 units
Batch 3 = 20 units
Batch 4 = 20 units

= 62 operational J-15 (Batch 01-04)
but than I expect SAC to no longer produce a Batch 05, but - and as it seems from last week - they are building now J-15B models.
