From batch 01 we know that this was up to no. 55.

How can we tell whether the plane is J-10B or J-10C ?

Do the C's use more composite materials than the B's? I can't tell by the two pictures.
I think they are saying that the serial of the J-16 (not the J-10B) starts with "78".

Do you know how many J-10B and J-10C ? I'd assume, some in 1st batch (55) were J-10B and all in the 2nd batch were J-10C?
With 82 yet a Rgt equiped and very possible yet or soon a second, mixed with J-10C maybe.
Deino, how a Frontline Rgt is organized ?
Presumably depends type coz not same number for a Rgt with Su-30MKK or one with J-7 by example, 18 and 28.
