It's amazing how incredibly thorough they are at blurring out the serials. The J-10 production plant is in the middle of Chengdu, with millions of people armed with cameras all around it, and yet we haven't been able to find a picture with a clear serial.

Yes indeed and the same goes for the J-16 ! ... IMO quite surprising in mind of the countless high-resolution images of the PLAAF's true "premier" fighter, the J-20 ....

Once the J-20 is actually in service, I think they'll start blotting out the serial number as well.
