IF true, it seems CAC hasn't learnt its lesson from relying on Russian engines. Nothing magical about enhancing performance by sacrificing reliability & durability.According to rumors from CJDBY:
Only the J-10Bs are equipped with WS-10 engines. Since the J-10C is much heavier than either J-10B or J-10A, it is using 99M1 for performance enhancement.
Does that imply that the latest J-20s (2016/2017) are equipped with 99M1s as well?
