Are there any plans to upgrade the J-10A/B? Like improve the avionics and radar.

I believe all "B" been upgraded to "C" level, kind of. Not many "B" anyway

For "A", not sure whether just better to leave it as it is ..... whether the benefit is higher than the cost of upgrading them

There was an interview with a Chinese Radar Academician that states China plans on replacing the radars of J-10A and J-11B with AESA radars. So far it has only (maybe) happened with a few J-11B with grey radomes.
