Providing PAF has enough money, yes. PLAAF has received J10As with AESA since 2008, but only in a small portion of total, so the cost is still a main constrain for AESA. PAF could do the same, order some J10s (A or B) with AESA.
BTW, the general perception of J10:
A: without DSI,
B: with DSI
However, it is possible:
A: what we have seen
B: No DSI, but new avionics and EW since 2008, some with AESA.
?: with DSI.
