British and American jets are running heavy air patrols in the region. USAF doing continuous circles around Iraq.

Iran will have to have a strong response or risk looking weak. If Iran does little damage, Israel will feel emboldened and will dramatically increase attacks as Iran will be seen to have little deterrence capabilities.

U.S. realized at least a decade before its withdraw that Afghanistan is ungovernable. They stayed for another decade because it’s profitable for the MIC and these private contractors.

Why are you found always making coping excuses for US?

So they realized they lost but were able to hold on a little more before retreating.

Trump said it himself, Afghanistan would have been close to Xinjiang, which would serve as China's backline operating base during any hostility involving NATO. Losing in Afghanistan means losing the ability to threaten Xinjiang airbases.

I thought you looked up to Trump like some sort of guru.

If they willing to sail that close, it is not tense.

Back in 2016 SCS crisis both sides amassed huge fleets, but they stay well away from each other cuz other side may start shooting.

They seriously just sent a carrier *into* the Gulf? If things do kick off, even if it is against Iran, I don't think that's very wise lol.
