Palestinian Minister of Health: They did not allow the dead to be buried.. stray dogs mauled the bodies in the courtyard of the Shifa Complex

Palestinian Health Minister Mai Al-Kaila revealed atrocities occurring in hospitals in the Gaza Strip, especially Al-Shifa Medical Complex.

Al-Kaila said in a press statement on Sunday that the Israeli army does not evacuate hospitals, but rather throws the wounded and sick into the street to their inevitable death, and "this is not an evacuation, but an expulsion at gunpoint."

She added, "There is a disaster happening in hospitals, which is patients who are now dying without receiving their treatments, such as children and adult dialysis patients who die in their homes without receiving dialysis sessions."

She confirmed, "The death of 12 patients inside Al-Shifa Medical Complex so far due to the outage of electricity and medical consumables, including two newborn children."

She said, "All 3,000 oncology patients who were being treated in Al-Rantisi and Al-Turki Hospital are now left to die, after the occupation expelled them from the hospitals."

Al-Kaila stressed, “All pregnant women and women with dangerous pregnancies are at risk, as women do not find anyone to provide them with treatment and medical services in Gaza. Every woman about to give birth will not find anyone to provide her with any medical service.”

She explained that the sick and wounded cannot reach Al-Shifa Medical Complex, and many of them lost their lives either as they were bleeding or because they did not receive their necessary medications and treatments.

She confirmed that the medical staff inside Al-Shifa Hospital cannot move between the departments and buildings of the medical complex, as a drone fires at everyone who moves inside the complex.

She continued: "Another danger that threatens the lives of patients and warns of a health catastrophe is the inability of medical teams to bury 100 martyrs whose bodies began to decompose in the hospital courtyard, and stray dogs mauled some of them, according to the testimonies of the medical staff present there, in addition to the medical waste accumulated inside the departments."

She said: “Patients are injured again while on Al-Shifa beds as a result of the occupation’s bombing of the medical complex, which affected water wells, oxygen stations, the complex’s gate, and other facilities, while the blood stock inside the departments was spoiled due to a power outage, as medical teams were no longer able to give blood units.” For the sick and wounded who are bleeding.”

She pointed out that the wounded, the sick, and the medical staff, in addition to all that they are suffering, cannot find anything to eat, and the water in the complex is cut off.

She stressed that the solution now is to supply the medical complex with electricity, medical consumables, medicines, and fuel, or to safely evacuate patients for treatment in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as the Gaza Strip’s hospitals are no longer able to receive more wounded.

The open source investigations team at the “Sanad Agency” of the Al Jazeera Network was able to analyze satellite images that showed the number of Israeli occupation army vehicles, its stationing locations, and lines of advance to arrive at accurate coordinates of ground military operations inside the Gaza Strip.

The team relied on high-quality satellite images during the period from November 1 to the 10th of the same month, to analyze them in-depth and extract information through special software.

The team was not able to publish the images as part of the analysis due to the standards imposed by companies providing satellite images related to the Israeli war on Gaza.

The following is the most important information that was extracted:

-The total number of vehicles on November 8
reached 295, a decrease of 88 vehicles compared to the 3rd of the same month, when the number of vehicles reached 383, noting that Abu Ubaida, spokesman for the Qassam Brigades, announced the complete or partial destruction of 136 military vehicles in the Beit axis. Lahia and Beit Hanoun.

- The last access point for the occupation is in the Beit Lahia axis (at Shuhada al-Shati Mosque) with Al-Mashtal Street, northwest of the Gaza Strip, on November 8.

-The occupation forces took schools as their centers, and 7 schools were identified in which the occupation army’s armored vehicles were located, namely Ibn Sina, Khaled Al-Alami basic schools for boys, Sami Al-Alami, Al-Awda, Sarafand, Al-Zahawi, and Ashdod.

- The occupation positioned an average of 10 to 15 vehicles in each school.

-The pictures showed the presence of 6 reconnaissance planes in different areas within the northern axis (according to pictures on November 6), of the “Heron” type, and another of another unknown type, with a wingspan of 11 meters.

-The occupation army deliberately gathered vehicles next to each other in an area surrounded by sand berms for cover.

Ziofascists continue their sadistic treatment of Gaza ...

The situation in Gaza becomes darker each day, as the soldiers are reigning free in the newly occupied territories.
From smashing the bodies of Palestinians with bulldozers, to piling them up & leaving them in the open for animals to eat them, to destroying homes for fun and raising Israeli flags over Gazan land

As for the besieged Gaza city, the Israeli army continues to depopulate it by forcing mass exodus of its locals to the south.

This, as the air force destroys any sign of life outside the evacuation timeframes, damaging any civil infrastructure including mosques.

The economic losses and damage that Israel perpetrated, in a bid to punish Palestinians, will take many years and even decades to overcome. Human loss is even more indescribable and unimaginable, and it only gets harsher when surviving family members bury their sons and daughters.

In recent footage, fathers are waiting for their turn to get a cloth to bury his baby child. In another, dozens of bodies lie in improvised shrouds in the courtyards of Al-Shifa hospital.

They don't have fuel or capacity to store them in fridges, nor safety to move them to a cemetery.

We see these large fireballs after they fire the RPGs but are they really because of a strike or the APS intercepting the projectile? Is there any reliable way to identify?
Visual identification can be done on the side of line between target and attacker because there will be two fireballs, one being from the APS, another being the incoming projectile.

However that is possible only if Hamas fighters intentionally film it to prove. That is hardly possible in reality and doesn't worth the risk of life.

Another thing to consider is that APS is vulnerable if being fired at close range. The AESA radar has minimum and maximum angle of detection both horizontally and vertically. If the attacker is close enough and high or low enough, the radar can't see the incoming projectile. It is same as the main gun is often useless in urban fighting.

As usual, nothing works 100%, neither RPG nor APS, so some of those scenes in the video may or may not be RPG hits, but there is really no need to prove that RPG works many times.

Is Israel making more rapid gains than expected? It seems they have entered into Gaza city with minimal resistance. They also haven't used alot of their troops either. Only 20-30 thousand troops have been used so far.

What happened to 30K Hamas fighters? Have they left the field and fled south? All the hype about Hamas tunnels also haven't shown to be all that significant.
I think there would be a certain threshold and locations and situations where Palestinians could fight with some remote resemblence of parity, outside those strict parametres, it's probably waste of lives and resources. At the end of the day, as per goals set by Israel, they just need to survive to win.

It's similar to IEA, they melted away, living to fight another day. They used to say 'they have the watches, but we have the time'.

Defense Minister Gallant:
'Hamas lost control in Gaza; terrorists fleeing south, civilians looting Hamas bases'

Mr. Gallant, let me draw your attention to two things, which are very interesting.

First of all, how are Hamas members fleeing south if you cut off the entirety of north Gaza from the South, by capturing Salah Al-Deen road and Rashid street?

Second, what are these 'Hamas bases' you speak of? I thought Hamas had no bases, and operated from hospitals and kindergartens?

Besides, what would there even be to loot anyway, besides some RPGs and combat equipment? This whole story is nonsense, and you know it, and so does everyone else.

Some thoughts on the Lebanon and Israel situation:

At this point, it looks to me like escalation in the North is inevitable, and that Hezbollah is actively provoking Israel into a disproportionate response.

Hezbollah knows that it would be hugely in their favor if Israel were perceived as the aggressor, especially domestically, due to the support for a war in Lebanon being at an all time low as a result of the economic crisis.

If Hezbollah can manage to spin the situation in such a way that the 'international community' and more importantly the Lebanese political scene sees Israel as the initiator of the upcoming war, then Hezbollah might have just enough domestic support to get through the war without major civil and sectarian unrest.

High-ranking Lebanese officials have so far stated that Hezbollah is acting in 'patriotic interests' and 'defense of their homeland', and the organization hopes that it can keep this perception going for as long as possible, so that in case of a war, Hezbollah will not be blamed as the instigator.

Regarding whether these RPG hits are actually penetrating the Merkavas or not.. Hamas claimed at some point they "destroyed or partialy damaged" 163 vehicles, Hamas counts every hit as at least "partial damage", however satellite images showed only 88 vehicles were missing, so I gues half those RPG shots have no effect.

And it's not like all those 88 missing vehicles are tanks, probably most of them are APCs and some other utility vehicles. Out of these 88 total missing vehicles I suspect the Merkava losses (even just partial damage) are extremely low, and those that are successfully partialy damaged are probably the ones getting John Connor'ed.

That is probably why the IDF was able to make rapid gains, the Merkava drives in a street, Hamas soldier shoots RPG at tank, tank is unaffected, Hamas soldier retreats back in the tunnel.

The bravery and experience of Hamas soldiers is quite amazing, it is unfortunate that such brave people are hampered by the lack of modern ATGMs, forget about Arabs sending their military to help Gaza, if Hamas would have just had modern ATGMs instead of these.. DIY RPGs this fight would have taken an entirely different turn.
