This Saudi anti-terror coalition coincides with Presidential candidates expressing popular opinions that ousting Assad in the face of ISIS would make things worse. That probably doesn't sit well with the Saudis since they want Assad out. The Saudis showing no concern for ISIS doesn't help them in an American Presidential election.

by the way at first I didn't understand why, on videos I had seen, TOW missiles were spent on buldozers ... later I noticed anti-tank ditches around villages south of Aleppo

interestingly, I haven't seen any specific info since then from those directions, nobody boasting ... (until then there had been about a dozen of announcements from that area daily in the sources I follow) ... did both sides assume defensive positions maybe?

I believed you asked about
- отрядов which here means Military Units (отряд would formally be Platoon, but who knows how for example ISIL troops are organized), and
- чел. which here means Fighters
close to Lebanon border, somewhere in the middle of Damascus - Homs line; the map puts ISIL (ИГИЛ) in this area: up to 10 Units, 850 Fighters
