You say that if Pakistan hasn't been a CIA base for decades, though.
Though, there is zero evidence of info on Chinese assets being passed on to Americans. It's mostly an Indian PR trope to compensate for their own failings. e.g. Building their war strategy on PL-15 export brochures, likely picked up from these forums. :p

1. The evidence we have is Pakistan passing on information to China (OBL Raid Stealth Helo etc).
2. The evidence we have is of CIA crying about getting duped by Pakistan.

Probably. They already had a Sidewinder clone. This is probably a longer range missile. Some Sparrow clone.
The Iranians also put an AESA radar on an F-4 Phantom at one point I think.
This is obviously not a Sparrow clone, though they did/do have one apparently called Arash. Also they have the Azaraksh family of AIM-9 equivalents, including a latest model with considerable changes that is said to be roughly equivalent to AIM-9X. However both Arash and Azaraksh has never been seen in IRIAF service, though the latter is used in a SAM system. This is a chronic problem in Iran and IRIAF in particular, many promising systems/developments (except a series cringeworthy things like Qaher or Saeqeh) but very few translate to wide-scale service.

Well to integrate new weapons into these kinds of obsolete platforms isn't easy.
Even if you spent money upgrading the electronics the airframes and engines are really old.
The Iranians at one point considered cloning the J79 engines in the F4 Phantom but I think that went nowhere.

This is the newest Azaraksh variant btw (left, the old version is at right for comparison).

At least the F-4E Dowran and F-5E Kowsar have new radars (Bayyenat-1/2 slotted array), so probably compatibility with Baz AAM should be there already. Not clear if the F-14AM upgrade (centered around Fakkour-90 LRAAM compatibility) includes an improved radar, if so it is said to be a modernized AWG-9. At any rate, the big problem is only limited numbers of Dowran and Kowsar upgrades have been carried out to date, and only couple F-14AMs have been so modified.
