More correct place for this I posted.
Although it did get into some small arms later on.
Some images from the opening ceremony of the Sino-Nepal Everest Friendship exercise, which gives a decent look at the equipment of the special operations soldiers from the Western Theater Command.
Rare to get a combination of having earpro/radio, a reasonable looking chest rig, plates at an appropriate height, and a rifle with an optic, all together.
If they had a NOD and a laser unit then that would complete it.

Argus BNVD1431 used by Swiss GIPL (1st three images below) and American police.
Likely just the housing, and they are using US gen3 tubes inside.
