There is an american/cia SIGINT base operating in India close to the Tibet border since the days of the Tibet liberation... I am not sure.
As I said, all the enmity stems from te border dispute. If borders were well defined and undisputed by both sides then there would never have been all this issues in the first place, so cooperation between both sides would have been normalized generations ago.
In fact, things were not as bad before the clashes in 2020. Since the dispute was shelved for sometime

Yes, yes, yes we Porkis lie, it's known fact, we tried again to defame Bharat and this time the target is the brave IAF pilot Shivangi Singh's being captured, but this tall tale of her capture has been clearly debunked, its proven fake news.

IAF chief A.P Singh is now visiting the injured in hospitals and sanatoriums, she is not present there, than she is not present in martyred list either. Lying, cheating, back stabbing, no good Porkis deny capturing her, than her name is not present in 15th August gallantry award list, so few questions do arise, what happend to Shivangi Singh? Where is she?

When it comes to her name, there are just crickets!!!

Until India builds up a proper industrial base, it won't have the ability to design and construct modern jet engines. India has never shown any interest in actually doing so, so any dreams of a domestic engine are just fantasy. Look at how cautious Korea is about designing a jet engine for the KF-21, and they already have a thriving heavy industry.
So they need to build it up asap...or they are just continuing in the clown train.

I think they are at a state that anything would be a gain for the industry. They could even search for a deal for all tech transfer for an older engine type at least.

China have done it in the past with licensing for the Rolls-Royce Spey Mk 202.

Getting a license for the Snecma M53 would be at least something. Yes its already the past but they will not get licensing of anything younger than that and they have experience with it in the Mirage 2000.

Maybe instead of spending money to pay off defense analysts they should use it to improve domestic arms?
@Deino Now you know why he was making stupid claims. Just a grift. @siegecrossbow TC first wrote a whole article naming PAF pilots who were supposedly shot down, but it later turned out they were just made-up names from memes on Pakistani Twitter.. Chahat Fateh Ali Khan is a Pakistani comedian, and Syed Qaim Ali Shah is a former Chief Minister of Sindh Province who’s often trolled for appearing drunk during press conferences. :p

They don't need to build up jet engines. India needs to build up all of their basic manufacturing industries first. Look at it this way, India is unable to design and build its own assault rifle and a jet engine is magnitudes more difficult to achieve.

One of the problems of the Indian government in general is that it never considers what the country can actually accomplish before making plans. And as there are no consequences for failure, these plans have only become ever more grandiose and unfruitful. Trying to get a license to build an engine is just going to be more in the same vein because they refuse to get the basics right ahead of time.

She was one of the Bharat's most famous daughters, IAF pilot like Abhinandan, she orignaly flew MIG 21, later promoted to become first female pilot to drive the Rafale, married to an IAF pilot, by the looks of it a minority by religion, which in Propoganda realm she is worth her weight in gold, had such a clean image, much better than the three ladies that were sent to the game show.

Yet not a word about her, anyhow silence about her is now deafening.

Or in Pakistani custody
You know we Pakistani's have bad reputation, espacially as far as our neighbours daughters are concerned, no good at all, but if we had captured her dead or alive without letting out a peep, we are not that scrupulous.
