What's the rationale for Indian Army to keep or want to recruit Nepalese Gurkhas? And why would the Indian government not heed to the request of the Nepalse government to stop recruiting their youths?

I think it is unjustified as "J-a-i H-i-n-d" is an authentic phrase used often by Indians themselves to celebrate INDIAN VICTORY.
I have never ever used it, but it is commonly used in their greetings and celebrations.
It only becomes a joke when the Indians used it too much for achievements that turned out to be FLOPS, BOASTS, or outright FABRICATED LIES.
Supa Powa 2012, Supa Powa 2020 are FACTS that turned out to be laughing stock.
This is different from the real slurs that are used for anybody that are remotely seen to be supporting Chinese view points.
Racial slur phrases foistered onto the Chinese are coined language not in common use that are used to denigrate the Chinese and their supporters.
Moderator should review the ban on "J-a-i H-i-n-d" unless the Indians don't use this term anymore in their greetings, celebrations.
Or until this term becomes derogatory in India or by the Indians in their society, as some terms have through time, acquired unsavory denotations.
Don't just ban it because somebody is overly sensitive over terminology that is their own making.

Instead of always mocking india, look at strategic advantage which india has . India is going to create same problem to what Soviet faced after china joined with USA.
India might always pull attention of china to both indian ocean region and it's lager Himalayan border.
USA wants Indian forces to become string in South Asia so that if next border conflict occur then china would have to deploy more troops and resources to it's larger border. Since india economy is also rising and last cold war lasted around 40+ years so if you think in long term then india vs china conflict will significantly cost attention and resources to china.
Pakistan can't counter india because it's economy is in very bad shape and it's dependent on USA for IMF loans and bailout package.
