Due to the limited length of their construction dry dock, the ski jump is stretched far beyond the bow underside. And with a sharp and narrow bow underside and without bulbous, the carrier is prone to skipping like a happy kangaroo. Yes, it is more likely the bobbing thing. They just have to secured down everything while under sail and endure the drenching.Are those rough seas or is it just the bobbing thing that carrier does? The funny thing is that since it's a ski jump design and need a need windspeed over it to even have planes fly off, there is no way to avoid the bopping. If they slow the ship down to give a smoother ride so the planes can take off, then there is not enough wind speed. Maybe that's why they haven't picked a plane for it yet, they need to find one that can take off with a load in low ship speeds with no wind and a ski jump or can handle that bopping bow.
