As @plawolf said, CIA rigged the hospital equipment so even he wouldn't survive. S400 and Putin visit to India.
I am not conspiracy theorist but these 2 things happened so close to each other that i would be an idiot to don't take that possibility seriously.
Its not like CIA is unknown for doing similar things. They are 100% willing and capable to do this

I don't think the CIA is involved in this. It does look like a genuine accident. Yes, the CIA is capable of doing this, but this is not their MO.
If the CIA wanted to do something about India's military deals with Russia. Their MO would be doing it via NED activities. They would buy over some MPs to push back any military deals with Russia. They would organize protests against Russian arms. Just like how they did with the Thai-China submarine deal.
The CIA would have gone on to lobby or blackmail the PM and Defence Minister. Not just quietly assassinate the Army Chief. General Bipin Rawat is no military genius. It would be easy to replace him. But it also wouldn't matter if he is still there. I don't think it'll be too difficult to convince him to buy less Russian arms. He has already started that anyway.
I think that person posted that as a joke. Since the Indians applied similarly poor logic in claiming the Chinese used cyberwarfare or something to do this. The US could do it too and also have reasons if one looks for them. But similarly both theories are dumb and attempts at Indian figures (who claim and propel this) to distract their bhakt masses.
DRDO staff bombs Indian Court
Delhi Police’s special cell arrested one employee of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for allegedly planting a low-intensity bomb inside a courtroom at Rohini Court Complex recently, informed police. The police have ruled out any terror angle in the matter, added the police. According to the police, the accused had planted the bomb for a lawyer of Rohini Court with whom he had a personal enmity over a property for the past six years. Delhi Police arrested the accused on the basis of the CCTV footage, as per the police. Over 88 cameras were scanned and the suspect was seen coming out of the courtroom a few minutes before the blast. A low-intensity explosion in a laptop bag took place at the Rohini court complex on December 9. No casualty was reported in the incident. However, a court staff sustained minor injuries and was admitted to a hospital.

The attack was apparently about taking out a single individual. But seen from a broader angle It seems to be a case of corruption and power abuse that has crept into DRDO.
India's adversaries could exploit the weakness and corruption to their advantage. Especially when India is going to be crowded with US/UK/EU weapons. Remember that French Scorpene and Brahmos Leak ? Yeah.
