The Vizag class has the same sonar as the Kolkata, BEL HUMSA-NG. The Vizag has a conformal bow instead of a bulbous bow. Thus it will have a narrower wake pattern, quieter acoustics, lower drag & greater speeds with the same propulsion setup.
BEL ELLORA ESM on the Kolkata class destroyers operates in the 300MHz-40GHz range (UHF-Ka band) allowing it to detect emissions of radios, SATCOMs, radars etc. & jam targeting radars when needed. Because of its very wide band of operation it is mostly used for SIGINT purposes.

What is a conformal bow? Is the linked picture of Vizag because that looks like a bulbous bow to me
