this guy is a big fraud and a crony of Modi government, no wonder he get defence contract so easily. He will make sure BJP loose next election, economy has already tanked for majority of people specially poor and vulnerable.
Can you explain the connections between Adani and Indian government? Any previous instances of foul play or corruption?
Edit: Also what is the progress of Rustom drone. Why does it take this much time for an unmanned aerial vehicle?
Adani is supposed to be personal friends with Modi? That fact alone doesn't mean foul play or corruption. Adani manages/owns plenty of businesses that the BJP considers to be capable of delivering this project. It's just an example of the elites in one nation knowing each other and being in one another's pockets. Applies everywhere.
Political connection and funding party elections to get deals. He has no experience other than bringing in money and blessing of corrupt politicians. Modi keep few businessman close who funded him during hard times. compare him to Putin and his oligarchs. He has come hard on cronies of previous govt & has done reform on financial sector making it harder for Charlton to get away with public loot but he won't touch any of his own pals. He care to much about his artificial image that he is man of poor, while he knowingly or unknowingly through his policies have screwed poor and majority of population in unorganized sector. He is loosing ground state after state and is expected to loose two more States this year.
Why should he get defence contract what experience does he or his company have ? there are state enterprise and institutions with far greater experience and capabilities.
I have no idea. GTRE has issued RFI to industry to participate in building a 60KN thrust engine probably for Ghatak UCAV. Look like most technologies have been matured enough to build a UCAV.
