Hi,
someone some where will make good money out of the deal IAF or Indian govt will
sign to have at least a squad or two for mig21 replacement in coming years the reason
is Tejas are not up to the replacement of mig21 beside the engine problem other issues
will come later, so very soon beside the normal order of Rafale something else will come
soon

The tejas is probably an adequate contemporary to the JF17, the only problem is that they can't make the damn thing in numbers actually needed to replace the MiG21, and they only have a single Mk 1A (supposedly the one at the Dubai air show was fitted with some Mk 1A avionics too) and iirc 40 Mk 1s, when the JF17 Block 3 is literally already in service, does the Mk 1A have an HMD?

Verdict from his side, maybe a compressor stall.
