At least for me, it isn't too late for India to join the right side. Most of them are not evil just uneducated and severely misguided.
The West is philosophically "superior" because they stretched their minds the same way a gay porn actor is "superior" because he stretched his rear. By which I mean, the indoctrination spoon-fed to Americans only serve to spread their minds more wide open to conspiracy theories and alternate "truths", so their own government can fuck them harder.
Macron got slapped because he's a middle manager bozo with no power. Washington probably finds it funny when their useful idiot gets egged in the streets because it shows his subordinate status. Their leader Biden is not in full control either but you'll get fucked if you try to publicly humiliate him. Same goes for the western oil department chief manager MBS. Because they're actually important and irreplaceable to some extent, unlike Macron, Scholz and that South Korean governor with shiny skin.
The west doesn't debate anything at all when it is important. See, the question of women rights, or the Patriot act. Only what doesn't threaten the government is allowed to some extent to be talked about.
The true test of a civilisation and its political philosophy is how it reacts and behaves in crises. The west has never really addressed the contradictions in its economy for eg how is free market capitalism superior when masses of unemployed youths with useless degrees are going to end up poorer than their parents? The West only made their system work by exploiting others for excess resources be it via slaves or cheap food and fuel. Without cheap and easy access to energy, the west will collapse as we are currently observin.
Similarly, modern India models its government after the exploitative nature of the British raj but tried socialism prior to the 90s. This, as well as the inherent inequalities in its culture of casteism leads India to its current position of having its best and brightest fleeing to the west, where they bring their own culture of casteism into west er multinationals like CISCO and Microsoft.
Finally, we do not mock India because it is india, anymore than we would mock Nigeria as a developing country. But if Nigerians were to go on twitter and boast of their own nation’s questionable achievements, even going so far as to outright lie and brigade detractors on twitter…well, you can hardly expect us to be lenient towards such individuals in urgent need of humbling?
You need a lot of education on Asian geopolitics before opening your mouth here. Just taking 2 points from your "recommendation" for China.
Point 1 - (China should) create the mechanism to demarcate (the border with India) amicably :
- China has 14 countries with contiguous land borders. China has settled amicably with every one of them except India. China and Bhutan reached agreement last year but was objected to by India who essentially dictates to Bhutan's foreign policy.
- India has 7 countries with contiguous land borders. India still has border disputes with 6 - Pakistan, Nepal, China, Bangladesh, and Bhutan (by objecting to Bhutan's sovereign right to decide on her own border).
- Who do you think has more issues with settle the border amicably and needs to get her act clean up first ?
Point 2 - (China should) remove trade barriers :
- China led in the creation the RCEP with 13 Asian countries + Australia + NZ to remove trade barriers. RCEP is effect 2022 Jan 1.
- India kept stretching out the negotiation and finally decided not to join.
- Wall Street Journal's ranking of countries on ease of doing business, even with its anti-China bias, ranks China 78 and India 100.
- and I can go on and on .......
- Who need to lower the trade barrier ?
By the way, this is not mocking India. Just stating the facts.
