This is 100% true and is what is happening with Indians moving to the west. The upper caste get the management positions they then fire native and non Indian workers and bring in lower caste Indians to replace them. As their religion doesn't allow them to stand up to the higher castes they are okay with being treated like dogsh!t. The upper hierarchy is still white because since colonialism they are the real Brahmins, and they keep a few non-Indians around for appearances.
Dalits also get brought over H1B visa but are kept as literal slaves, working menial jobs or house servants. An Indian diplomat in Washington got busted a few years ago when her slave escaped and went to police.
Indians in the UK actively campaigned against making caste discrimination illegal and were successful. I think something similar happened in America too.

It is easy to make forecast based on ideal, perfect conditions, and ignored historical performance. Still remember when Modi first got elected as PM in 2014, all the predictions that Indian GDP would overnight turn in double digit growth and catch up with China in 10 years, and the US in 15.
