I'd actually welcome them with open arms so that they can see for themselves that we Hong Kong people aren't being "oppressed", cause truth of the matter is we've got nothing to hide. While they're there perhaps further travel accommodation can be made for them to make additional visits to Kashgar, Hotan, and possibly Tibet to witness "forced labor" and "genocide".

You are being incredibly naive. The people who would want to go on such missions have zero interest in the truth and will only be out collecting ‘evidence’ to support their existing narrative.
No society is perfect, so when you go out of your way to go looking for dirt, you will always find it. Even if you do create the perfect society where everyone is happy and no one has any dissenting views, it will still just be spun as evidence of some monstrous cover up.
Burden of proof falls on the accuser, and if the accuser still makes bullshit accusations despite witness the truth for their own very eyes well then that speaks to their character and their accusations will be regarded as not credible in the eyes of the public. Even with the NSL passed, a potential EU delegation visit to Hong Kong will see the bars/restaurants of Lan Kwai Fong filled with white people, and the houses of Discovery Bay continue to be occupied by expat families. Like I said - nothing to hide. Just because the politic opionions of the silent majority Hong Kong want doesn't coincide with your interest doesn't mean we're oppressed. Contrary to what the twisted imaginations of the EU parliament, people in Hong Kong (regardless if they're locals or expats) aren't just "disappearing" on the streets or arrested for having differing opinions to the Hong Kong Government and the CPC. The people I went to school with that are anti-establishment continue to post dumb shit about Tiananmen on social media without being visited by the police or MSS agents.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs continues to extend an invitation to the west to visit Xinjiang to quell their accusations despite the fact the west continues to turn down the invitation. If I'm naive, well then so is the CPC.

Wonder if this girl will be so smirk or lay low. She still has a huge social media base , if she flees , would instantly be at RFA as anti-china propaganda. If she stays, she would be on a tightrope but may be able to live a normal life if she abandons politics/activism. Of course, she still has NSL hanging over her.

She is, and always was, a useful tool for the western propaganda. Now her usefulness in Hong Kong has been used up. I'm sure the west will offer her "asylum" when the time is right for more publicity at the appropriate time. For now her handlers will tell her just to lay low.

She's a pretty girl, she'll be able to find a living somehow.
She is average at best. With make up and good camera angle then yes she can look above average. Plus due to fact she is young thin female, speaks Japanese, and knows how to curry favour foreign audience. She can be a an asset overseas. However her influence in hk will then be largely diminished.
