China should introduce new laws to deal with the rioters’ use of child soldiers.
You have a one strike policy.
First time a minor is arrested for rioting, they are released to their parents. The parents need to be made explicitly clear, and sign a document stating that they understand that if they child is so much as caught littering, they will loose custody of all their children and be charged with child endangerment.
If these parents cannot educate their children on things as basic as not rioting, then they cannot be trusted with those children.
Similar laws need to apply to teachers and religious leaders. If children under their care end up involved in rioting, they get put on the same register as sex offenders, are barred from ever working with minors, and cannot to within 500m of a school, playground or other area where young children are likely to congregate.

Yup. Just visited the college student union facebook page that has one of their "reporter" posted this stabbing video. Guess what their viewers say in the comment section?
~90%: Nicely done brave warrior. I'm worried for him though, can we get him a good lawyer?
~9%: This look arranged, probably conspired by the police to defame us, don't get fooled.
~1%: I don't understand why he resort to such extreme act.
I'm from HK, and I can tell you a majority of students here are brainwashed more or less like that. They believe firmly that the HK POLICE went undercover and committed most of the destruction including burning down MTR stations and beating up innocent people. So killing the police is an act of justice.
The hate education starts as early as in kindergarten. There is already one arrest made where a kindergarten teacher was alleged to physically abused a 3 year old girl and encouraged other children to bully her, just because the girl came from a police family. There are also report of other cases on the web but afaik only this one got followed up with formal prosecution.

Carrie Lam didn't even dare to shut RHTK(a government funded public radio and broadcast) down. I doubt she would do anything to the HK education system. The current HK Education Department Chief basically said that the schools are not the reason why these youngsters become rioters.
Seems like a CCP agent used box cutter to make protester look bad?
The MSM reporting is this incident as a result of escalation of confrontation with little to no commentary on actual event and accompanied by pictures of police firing tear gas and pepper spray.
