The belly is of no internal bomb bays now.

According to wiki I read, newly built H-6K now have internal bomb bays removed to accommodate a larger fuel tanks for longer distance to extend its combat radius.

Once I am home, I will supply the link; I am on mobile now ;)

To admit if You would always take Wiki seriously as a source ... then good night !

Honestly, we've already seen several images with the bomb-bay-doors wide open and if the bay was deleted at all, why would they still retain the doors if not an operational bay in still there ??

As such I think there simply is a bay and all these reports are simply wrong ... by the way: If there's a capability for something like a rotary launcher (IMO not likely since too wide) or anything to carry the CJ-10K ALCM I don't know.

IF this bird has 6x wing pillars for those smart bombs *don't know the name*, then would it make more sense to situate conventional bombs within the bomb bay?

To admit ... the only weapons tested so far (correct: seen so far !) were the KD-63 and the CJ-10K ... what kind of smart bomb do You mean ?
