There is a difference in range between su-34 carrying 8 tons and mkk/mk2 carrying 8 tons. If you look at the description for Su-34, it's variety of weapons is actually different from mkk and mk2.

H-6K and Su-34 clearly have two different roles. China's equivalent to Su-34 will be J-16 whenever it comes out. We will see how effective it is.

Su-34 has greater range and endurance of course and may support greater EW pods, but the weapons suite for Su-34 does not seem that different from MKK/MK2. The same A2A missiles are available to them all, and the only A2G MKK/MK2 seems to lack are P-800, Kh-35 and Kh-25. But the KAB series, moskit, Kh-31, Kh-59 are equipped with them and serve similar functions to the A2G weapons they lack. R-27, R-77, R-73 is common to all, so in terms of weapons suite I see no substantial difference.

Since the Su-34 has toilets, I was going to ask if H-6 has one, and if not, would they consider one for the newer version?

Su-34 doesn't have toilets! This is a myth busted long ago on military forums. Known photos of the Su-34 toilets are in fact "space toilets" from the international space station.

I know that at least for the older H6s there isn't a dedicated toilet, or maybe I missed it when I toured one.
