No. but it can be pretty much like B-21 if "maximum stealth" is desired.Do we actually know what the H-20 looks like?

I'm gonna assume he means Zhuhai 2026 because if he means this year, then he's only given himself like two months to be proven wrong.
Nothing really substantial to support it with, but I have a suspicion that the H-20 development was not smooth and that it was delayed, with original plans for the first flight possibly calling for a 2022/2023 or thereabouts first flight.
I suspect it was less that the development was not smooth and more that the requirements kept shifting as China’s tech stack and modern warfighting doctrine kept evolving. The original conception for this program was defined almost two decades ago. Think about how much of the PLA’s own thinking on modern warfare and what capabilities they should pursue have changed.Nothing really substantial to support it with, but I have a suspicion that the H-20 development was not smooth and that it was delayed, with original plans for the first flight possibly calling for a 2022/2023 or thereabouts first flight.
Indeed, especially with the military reforms after 2012.I suspect it was less that the development was not smooth and more that the requirements kept shifting as China’s tech stack and modern warfighting doctrine kept evolving.
