No. but it can be pretty much like B-21 if "maximum stealth" is desired.

I'm gonna assume he means Zhuhai 2026 because if he means this year, then he's only given himself like two months to be proven wrong.
Yes, Cute Orca meant the next one (下一届), i.e. Zhuhai 2026.
If he's referring to Zhuhai 2024 (i.e. ~1 month+ from now), he would be using 这一届 instead, since his original Weibo post mentioned 今年珠海航展 (Zhuhai Expo this year).

There are lots of permutations as to what may have happened to be honest. From delays of an original vision of the project, to significant revisions of project requirements, and even at this stage I won't rule out the possibility of it being cancelled and replaced with a significantly different platform to fulfill the same mission.
I suspect it was less that the development was not smooth and more that the requirements kept shifting as China’s tech stack and modern warfighting doctrine kept evolving. The original conception for this program was defined almost two decades ago. Think about how much of the PLA’s own thinking on modern warfare and what capabilities they should pursue have changed.
Indeed, especially with the military reforms after 2012.
