The "turtle" (鳖) actually refers to China.
What I'm wondering about is this "隐轰另有其机" phrase - What does this exactly mean? I don't get it.
Does he meant that there is actually more than one stealth bomber project for China? Or that the H-20 is actually something else entirely, beyond our current expectations?

Didnt the annual US report to congress stated there are indeed 2 stealth bombers under development, a strategic one and a more tactical one.
Nothing has changed.
For the last decade, there have been on and off questions as to whether there is one or two new bomber projects in the works (a larger strategic stealth bomber versus a larger strategic stealth bomber as well as a smaller stealth theater bomber).
For all this time there have been no indications to suggest the theater stealth bomber (known as JH-XX) is in the works.
US reports on the PLA that are publicly released is not useful for this kind of information.
The null hypothesis remains intact; the threshold of evidence to refute it is high.
To admit, the only ones, that posted such claims have been some tabloids from certain corners with the aim of click-bait like the typical stupid SCMP alluding, an unveiling or even maiden flight parallel to the Zhuhai Airshow would be near!
As such, since we barely know anything concrete and especially not the PLAAF's original schedule, any such claims like "it is delayed", "they encountered technical issues" or whatever are simply moot.
I'm pretty sure it will some day simply pop-up like so many other major projects at best with a few days or rumours in advance ...
Yes, but was there ever anything that said "will be unveiled at date X?" ... all it noted was "coming soon!" or "next!" but not a certain date or timeframe was ever mentioned. This all came from the aforementioned "click-bait-media".
Don't get me wrong and I share your impatience ... but that's how this game goes on since years and surely will go on for long.

Me too, but I'm pretty sure XAC and the PLAAF have just their own schedule and nothing will change this, especially not some over-excited foreign nerds like me or anyone else.
