I think that 99% of forum members know, what was on these images. For those who doesn't one of the image filename 'fcas' should have ring some bells.
I hope that you finally can use some patience and read my post again and then use some logic to understand why did I post these.

Since 2014, Zhuang Mingxiang has been presiding over the development of electron beam welding of a certain aircraft wing slide test piece. The work includes formulating technical solutions, preparing manufacturing instructions, exploring and curing welding process parameters, on-site welding, post-weld performance testing and Analysis, from welding parameters to weld quality, from process analysis to deformation control, every link strives for excellence. During the development process, I encountered a lot of difficulties. He simply solved the technical problems one by one with an unspeakable attitude. Up to now, the welding processing of three flap rails has been completed and the subsequent processing steps have been successfully delivered.

When a project enters the project phase, the Jinjin Component Factory undertakes the development of the S-curved exhaust pipe tail section, and Zhuang Mingxiang takes over the heavy responsibility. Due to the complex structure, large size, high molding requirements of the inner cavity, and the lack of simple rigidity of the tooling, it poses a great challenge for clamping and welding. During the construction of more than a month, he could always be seen from morning to early morning. During that time, Zhuang Mingxiang often suffered from insomnia at night, and his mind was full of parameters, tooling, seams and subsequent processing ideas. Finally, high-precision clamping and welding of large thin-walled components was realized in continuous improvement, and the first engineering application of laser welding technology in the company was realized.
