I would like to point out that Red Storm Rising was not actually planned out by Tom Clancy, whose understanding of non-Nato equipments is so-so at best. It was war gamed out with a serious ex-military consultant. The Dragon's Fury serious is far more balanced and well thoughtout than anything Clancy himself could ever have written.

I've been reading non-stop just got finished, great GREAT story love the action and the political, economial, and military alliances you had going everything went hand in hand with each conflict/battle. I would seriously suggest this to anyone who likes reading about military action books once again great book and thanks for sharing it freely :)

Wow...you read the whole thing, 800 pagtes of 9 pt print in 10 hours! That's amazing, you must be a real speed reader. I am glad it kept you interested that long...and glad that you enjoyed it. Thanks for the kind words and great review.

Jeff, good book, some things I would have done differently, but it's your baby, and you should be proud of it,maybe Tom Clancy should read it, might make him come out of his slump in quality:D

Thank you for those kind words...and thanks for reading the story. I'm hoping the printed, hard back version of the Adobe eBook version folks are now downloading will be out in the next 4-6 weeks.

Right now it most certainly would, and for the forseeable future...however, once it gets to the stage of military conflict, economic hard times has rarely stood in the way of escalating conflicts of this nature. World War II placed tremendous and in some cases horrific economic hardships on the nations involved in that fight..as well as those not directly involved.
