well thecnically it would be Costas turn to post the new pic....but after a thousand or so quizzes, I cann allow this "rule-braking" to get fresh blood to the thing

No props. I changed the rules of the game so that now the one that answers correct post's the next one and so on...
My guess would be some sort of coastal defence launcher of Granat (SS-N-21 Sampson)

That's it. Unfortunately it received quite a publicity in a recent few months, i was a bit too late with it.
It is notable that this thing was the only Soviet GLCM designed not for coastal defense, but as intermediate range ground attack missile. MAZ-543 TEL carried 6 (but you know this already) kent-based missiles, each of 200kt yield. It was in service only for one year, and in the end suffered the same fate as BGM-109 GLCM.
