No, smoke stack does not look right. Turret configuration and mast layout is also not correct... If I were to hazard a guess, she's Dutch, a member of the Herulf Trolle class coastal defence ship...

Nope, its not even an european, but Argentinian predearnougth ARA Libertad, thougth build in Uk 1890, and so small that it fits in the coastal defence ship category rather well.

I say it is a Polish Project 664 class torpedo boat. More specifically, its ORP Sprawny.

Pointplank is rigth. This little Polish boat looked like little cut out Shershen, but it featured Gas turbine engines and other automation that eventually led to many trouples and unreability wich make Polish to dislike the desing. Also they were build in alunimium alloy that vibrated lot in high-speeds and the use of Gas-turbines made their range drop considerably from diesels.

Edit: It seems you guys need a hint. The vehicle is French.
