For the record, it's an Oshkosh MTVR (Mk36 recovery vehicle with EYAL crane).

Armored cars of this type were built on Locomobile, White and Mack truck chassis for use by the New York National Guard. These are based on 2-ton Mack AB chassis (The MGs with shields are an identifying clue).
