well... the basic turret type looks like that of the ZSU-23-4 Shilka. lemme see if i can find the specific variant with that chasis and the short-range SAM mounted.

ZSU-23-4MP Biala. Its a Polish variant.

It's the Donets. Shilka turret and Strela-10 (SA-13) missiles on T-80UD chassis.
