The overseeing body clearly said that although Ukraine's comment was noted, the vote cannot be changed. Even without saying it, it's obvious. This is how Ukraine decided to deliver for China but then back-massage the Western countries that supply it. It's hard being Ukraine, and they deserve it to be hard.
