The overseeing body clearly said that although Ukraine's comment was noted, the vote cannot be changed. Even without saying it, it's obvious. This is how Ukraine decided to deliver for China but then back-massage the Western countries that supply it. No, just ship enough DJI drones to equip every single person going to the front, LPR and DPR militia included. Not sure how much use Russia would get out of the J-16s without the training and the rest of the ISR/networking assets to support them.Or maybe they wanted to send MK2s for repair but due to a catalogue error typical to authoritarian regimes, they sent a batch of J-16/J-16D instead.
