It's quite odd how the regimes with the most authoritarian control who routinely jail or kill people who go against them (Navalny, Litvinenko, Skripals, Uighurs, half of Hong Kong etc.) seem to be the ones that project these actions onto other countries.
Agreed, I feel like so many provocateurs who are gas-lighting and hoping for CPC leaders to take the bait by USA. Another suspect probably from Taiwan/HK independence movement group or Falungong followers trying divide and conquer, to create division among Chinese people. No wonder recently President Xi stresses unity of Chinese at home and abroad.

People believing this is just as cope as people saying this is somehow good for China. China already shown they will act on their words with other actors not the US. Everyone globally already knew that there wasn't much China could do to stop the landing if they really wanted to cause the US still held the number 1 title. If somebody is dumb enough to use this event to think they're going to get the US treatment if they do something similar is going to be in for a huge shock.
I think doing military exercise in Taiwanese territory is quite a reasonable response rather than full Military Operation against Taiwan
