No it's completely fine, in fact, it's really not spamming (posting very high quality pictures of the topic of the thread, especially if they haven't been posted before).

By not giving GE the contract for 2nd source of F-35 engines the US made PW complacent. As a result it looks like F135 engine has about same lifetime as a Russian engine. For example AL-41F1S in Su-35 has MTBO between 1,000 and 1,500 hours and assigned life of 4,000 hours.

GE got its F15ex orders during republican reign. Naturally,...well you know how things work there
