What is happening now, seems pretty serious, of allegation of fraud.
Suppose Lee Harvey Oswald tampered with the ballot box or whatever.
Someone planted a mole in the room during the process or doing the count, for instance.
The judge should correctly decide that that box must be thrown out, and those ballots spoiled, (then give ballot box and paper ballots to CIA for recycling purposes to save the environment).
Whether Lee Harvey Oswald was Republican or Democrat, should be immaterial at this point, if there is fraud to the ballot box, the black box is handled over to the CIA authorities.
To save the environment, of course.
