I believe I already responded to this video before.
And that many of the things he says are just wrong or outdated

For one thing, if China fills up its 230 new nuclear missile silos, the USA will not dare go to war with China.

The fact that there are 230 silos being built, forces the enemy to assume that all of them will be filled with ICBMs eventhough they may not, combined with China emerging LOW posture, americans cannot safely assume anymore that any war in taiwan/scs wouldn't go nuclear

In terms of game theory, Anglo Five Eyes leaders have proved that the only thing preventing them from invading nations is a nuclear counter attack; even north korea with its limited nuclear weapons was enough to prevent the US from invading the state.

Exactly, i think China is planning to replicate us russian situation where both sides is deterred from fighting conventional wars due to both sides huge nuclear arsenal
