problem is who knows if Trump aims to take China and the rest of the world down with America's collapse. You have to consider that factor. The risk of confrontation (and I mean one with violent force) under Trump is infinitely higher than under Biden. Sure, America will collapse faster under Trump. But the risk that America is crazy enough under Trump to take China and the rest of the world down with it.
So? America became the world superpower by beating Japan and Germany. Cadet bone spurs is mentally challenged opponent, cant even beat covid, you think he can win a war? . Even if we have a war, especially one near the periphery of China. We probably could win.

Two can play that game. US has plenty of enemies around the world. China has plenty of weapons to sell. China has plenty of experience with proxy wars as well.
