Are you talking about the towed/tug boat images, because that was not moving to the open sea but rather being repositioned in the shipyard

今天上午，我国第三艘航空母舰福建舰出海开展首次航行试验。

福建舰，舷号“18”，是我国第三艘航母。福建舰是我国完全自主设计建造的首艘弹射型航空母舰，采用平直通长飞行甲板，配置电磁弹射和阻拦装置，满载排水量8万余吨，于2022年6月下水。
据军事专家张军社介绍，航母的建造和使用有以下几个阶段：
●航母建造完成后进入舾装阶段。

●在港口码头上进行系泊试验，测试静态下航母动力系统、武器装备系统等各系统运转情况，系统之间有没相互干扰；系泊试验主要是由工厂来进行。

●海试阶段，主要由海军官兵和工厂人员共同完成，在真实的海况下进行，甚至要经历一些大风大雨等高速、机动的情况。
●等海试期间发现的问题解决，下一步便正式交付海军使用。
