Since they have tested extensively in the shipyards, most issues have been solved for commissioning.

Pardon, but either there is a language issue or I can only contradict: What in fact have they intensively tested in the yards? At least no real test of the vessel itself in action at various speeds, together with other assets, with the aircraft … as such ALMOST NOTHING what is relevant before commissioning!

They need to do multiple sea trials. They need to test the cats and recovery systems including with actual aircraft, repeatedly. Unless a commissioning is purely ceremonial and they continue with lots of testing afterwards I very much doubt they can put her "in service" next year. Shandong too conducted lots of testing and she was commissioned 1 1/2 years after starting her sea trials.

She has not left Shanghai yet. Yesterday, she was only towed to a new pier for the real sea trial.
There is a ship traffic control in MAY 1 at the estuary of the Yangtze River.
There is a military activity from MAY 1 to MAY 9 in EAST CHINA SEA.

Yes, Fujian's sea trial hasn't yet started. The carrier has only been moved from the fitting-out basin to a riverside pier of Jiangnan yesterday.

That means her 1st actual sea trial should begin tomorrow (May 1) or a day after that.
