Sea trials or what?
Just relocated due to dredging work in the basin ... IMO we still need some more patience, but indeed around the first half of 2023 seems not impossible

Dredging of basin has not much meaning to very large cargo ships because they are empty of cargo during out-fitting and thus are high on water and do not need a deep basin.
003 will be taking in fuel, oil, water and ballasts just before the sea trials and will be low on waterline. Thus dredging the basin deeper might be related to avoid 003's hull bottom scratcching bottom of the basin during low tides. Which also means the first sea trial could be just a few months away.

The law is not clear on this
The law is very clear about not taking any sensitive photos of military hardware. It is just that the Chinese government has tolerated before but they would still arrest people that cross the line with very high resolution photos that were posted immediately after taking without any effort to blur out sensitive info. In addition, using drones to take sensitive photos are especially high risk for arrest.
